Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype quantum-resistant security frameworks and AI governance systems
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate breakthrough startups into our innovation ecosystem
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and regulatory landscapes in post-quantum era
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our internal FutureTech Academy program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, or climate-tech AI applications
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree in Futures Studies preferred
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers on emerging tech
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation and risk mitigation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
