Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology adoption curves for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Shock' workshops with C-suite executives
- Develop patent portfolios for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on research initiatives
- Author 'Horizon Scanning' reports predicting market disruptions
- Manage $2M annual innovation sandbox for experimental technologies
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 'Future Architects' fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology impacts
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology
- Fluency in futurist methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Technology Roadmapping)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies disrupting $1B+ markets
- Keynote speaker at TED, Web Summit, or equivalent innovation forums
