Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with global sustainability goals
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
- Collaborate with policy advisors on tech governance frameworks for 2030
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with futurism focus
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresighting preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
