Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market disruptions to inform 2026 strategic roadmap
- Develop scenario-based forecasts for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with emerging opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implementation of exponential technologies
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify next-generation startups for strategic investment
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- PhD in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech forums
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on digital transformation
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and economic factors influencing tech evolution
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
