Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDG targets
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $20M innovation fund for prototype development
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Represent company at Davos and Web Summit conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI topics
- Proven track record leading $10M+ tech initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/C++ preferred)
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SAP) or ability to obtain
- Experience with blockchain, neuromorphic chips, or bio-computing
