Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce scenario-based forecasts for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and pioneering startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting market disruptions and tech adoption curves
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
