Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2030
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruptions to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful technology roadmaps
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or relevant strategic foresight methodologies
