Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI and biocomputing
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable tech solutions targeting 2026 commercialization
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author whitepapers on the societal impact of 2026 technological convergence
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual research budgets through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Present at global tech summits on the future of human augmentation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech commercialization (min. 3 products >$100M ARR)
- Expertise in at least two of: neuromorphic engineering, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record securing non-dilutive government grants (>5 awards)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Public speaking experience at TED or equivalent venues
