Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology shifts (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging opportunities with business objectives
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Build partnerships with innovation labs, universities, and thought leaders
- Anticipate disruption risks and design mitigation strategies for core business units
- Drive scenario planning for geopolitical and technological uncertainties
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI ethics, space tech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in futuristics, strategic planning, or related field
- Published thought leadership or keynote experience preferred
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
