You'll translate complex data into compelling narratives that inspire organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market positioning
- Produce scenario-planning models for disruptive technology adoption
- Present futures insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Establish cross-functional futures intelligence networks
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 strategic imperatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and war-gaming methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Global perspective on socio-technological transformation
