Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published work on technological or societal transformation (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
- Proficiency in scenario-planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences at global forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ multi-year strategic forecasts with measurable impact
