Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Create scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce strategies
- Produce actionable reports on societal shifts affecting industries post-2025
- Design innovation roadmaps for organizations preparing for 2030+ ecosystems
- Advise on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies using AI-augmented research
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational change initiatives
