Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across technology, geopolitics, and culture to forecast disruptive innovations
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating 2026+ market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-proof initiatives
- Produce white papers and thought leadership publications positioning our agency as a trend authority
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-concept products and services
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech) for strategic implications
- Advect board-level decisions through data-driven risk/reward modeling of long-term scenarios
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of delivering actionable foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Mastery of horizon scanning methodologies, Delphi techniques, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight or strategy journals
- Experience advising C-suite teams on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
