Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends and emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-focused insights to board members and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proof business strategies
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and circular economies
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
