Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives for enterprise clients, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Develop strategic frameworks enabling organizations to proactively adapt to 2026's workforce and market transformations
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and operational resilience
- Produce trend briefings and scenario reports translating complex foresight data into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions for client challenges
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years consulting experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026's anticipated technological disruptions (AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex foresight into executive-level narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations for Fortune 500 clients
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, AC/FS) preferred
- Experience with AI-powered foresight tools and predictive modeling platforms
