Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Horizon 2026 strategic forecasts for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level executives on disruptive technologies
- Analyze exponential trends in AI, biotech, and climate adaptation to inform client roadmaps
- Design and implement early-warning systems for market discontinuities
- Mentor junior futurists in quantitative and qualitative forecasting methodologies
- Present findings at global innovation summits and publish in industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI/ML trend modeling and scenario simulation tools
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term resilience planning
