Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026-2030 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce executive foresight briefings translating complex data into actionable insights
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership pieces on automation ethics and climate adaptation strategies
- Manage client relationships to position Horizon as a critical strategic partner
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation roles with trend analysis experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, or circular economy)
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight certification program)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or scenario planning projects
