- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives using Delphi methods, trend mapping, and AI-driven pattern recognition
- Translate complex foresight insights into executive-ready strategic recommendations and visualizations
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports published in industry-leading journals and conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures literacy and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Masters/PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, trend analysis, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi techniques, and horizon scanning
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
