Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to align innovation roadmaps with future market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies' disruptive potential
- Build and maintain a dynamic trend intelligence database
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
