As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable infrastructure. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and product launches that redefine industries.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological trends through horizon scanning, scenario planning, and competitive intelligence
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps aligning innovation initiatives with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Councils' to validate hypotheses and accelerate prototyping of breakthrough concepts
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global think tanks to co-create the future
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and social megatrends impacting technological adoption and disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Technology Strategy, or equivalent with 8+ years in innovation forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or ventures
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, backcasting)
- Deep technical knowledge across AI, quantum systems, and next-gen infrastructure
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (AFS or equivalent) preferred
