Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategy consulting, or innovation leadership
- Published thought leader (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Proficiency in trend forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester)
- Track record of implementing future-ready strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with validation
