Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and horizon scanning briefings for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities across global teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
