Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic vision framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future scenarios and identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce quarterly foresight reports synthesizing technological, social, and economic megatrends
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-ready innovations into product roadmaps
- Design and execute organizational change strategies for future workforce transformation
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Present future outlooks to C-suite stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and tools
