Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for systemic disruptions
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating future-state modeling and scenario development
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
