Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic vision integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Produce annual Future State Reports with scenario analysis and risk mitigation frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments aligned with long-term trends
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry conference presentations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology) and their business implications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with scenario planning experience
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field preferred
