Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 horizons
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate, biotech, space exploration) using proprietary predictive models
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advise executive teams on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker at global futurism conferences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable impact
