- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products/services and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to access cutting-edge research
- Mentor teams in future-focused methodologies and adaptive thinking practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful innovation implementations
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) highly valued
