Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives to prototype future-proof business models
- Author quarterly trend briefings distributed to Fortune 100 board members
- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (neuromarketing, quantum encryption)
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum on global technology governance
- Design immersive foresight simulations using AR/VR to test future scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary 'Anticipatory Intelligence' methodology
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with portfolio of implemented 10-year roadmaps
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
- Fluency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Prophet, Trendalyzer) and scenario planning software
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum biocomputing, neuro-interfaces, or climate engineering
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (ACF or APF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact from future-oriented initiatives
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at Davos or TED Global
