Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead executive workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Produce quarterly innovation roadmaps with 5-year predictive modeling
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Establish a global network of futurist researchers and academic collaborators
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investors
- Mentor junior strategists in future methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in top-tier futurist journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-driven product launches
