Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (biotech, AI, space tech, climate solutions) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for global systems under radical transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align strategy on exponential technologies
- Author white papers and thought leadership on ethical AI governance and human augmentation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using immersive tech
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes impacting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech planning
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist analysis or trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
