Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning for global markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for stakeholder decision-making
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks
- Design and execute human-centered innovation workshops
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight Strategy, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
