Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for AI-driven automation and quantum computing integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neurotech, bioinformatics, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance
- Design sustainable innovation frameworks aligned with UN SDGs for 2026 targets
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 2020+ tech foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) and their business applications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive tech trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with cross-cultural innovation ecosystems and global regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data visualization skills for communicating complex scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
