Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and innovation pipelines
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives, publishing quarterly trend reports and disruption alerts
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities and culture
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Design and implement 'Future Intelligence' metrics and KPIs for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks required
