Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, biotech, climate tech, and AI to identify 2026-2030 inflection points
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into executable business plans
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Author quarterly '2026 Watch' reports published in partnership with MIT Technology Review
- Design and deploy organizational foresight frameworks to embed future-readiness into corporate DNA
- Represent the firm at Davos, TED, and other global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Mastery of scenario planning, Delphi methods, and backcasting techniques
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable outcomes
- Global perspective with deep understanding of emerging markets dynamics
