- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify market readiness for next-gen technologies through predictive analytics
- Advise C-suite on long-term R&D allocation and talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience publishing in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry reports
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
