- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable technology adoption roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots and innovation investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent strategic foresight program
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work implications
