Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to map 2026's business landscape
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for industry thought leadership
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Advise portfolio companies on navigating regulatory and ethical implications of 2026's disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, Kumu)
- Portfolio of future-strategy projects launched in the past 3 years
