Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future trends
- Advise cross-functional teams on long-term strategic implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience working with global teams in multicultural environments
