Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Design AI-driven strategic foresight models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on the future of work, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for emerging ventures in quantum computing and biotechnology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Strong network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers in Silicon Valley
- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership in industry journals (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Technology Review)
