Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (tech, social, economic) to identify 2026+ disruptors and opportunities
- Design and lead strategic foresight initiatives including scenario planning and trend synthesis
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite vision and market shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders via compelling narratives and visual frameworks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic recommendations for 2026+
