Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to map 2026+ strategic pathways
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate adaptation
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on future business models
- Produce white papers and trend briefs for investor relations and product development
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advose policy initiatives on AI governance and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in trend analysis or strategic planning at tech-forward organizations
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling
- Understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI ethics frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
