- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-facing R&D initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on industry futures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published work on future trends or strategic innovation
