Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends affecting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop evidence-based scenario models for technological convergence and societal shifts
- Design strategic frameworks for C-suite executives to navigate uncertainty and disruption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 firms
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
