Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech into enterprise ecosystems
- Produce actionable scenario analyses and risk mitigation plans for technology adoption
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership content at industry conferences
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technological adoption curves across sectors
- Manage cross-functional futurist labs with engineers, designers, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Published research or proven track record in anticipating technological disruptions
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
