- Develop 5-year horizon-scanning frameworks and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce trend briefings and disruption reports for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-oriented solutions and services
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting long-term strategy
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business strategies
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies expertise
- Portfolio of published trend reports or scenario planning projects
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
