Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future trends into product roadmaps and business models
- Produce scenario-planning reports and innovation briefs for executive stakeholders
- Identify and quantify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Develop KPIs to measure organizational future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry conferences
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy execution
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications or industry journals
