Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to stress-test business models against disruptive forces
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership reports and frameworks published in industry-leading journals
- Advocate ethical innovation principles while balancing disruption with stakeholder impact
- Measure and report on strategic adoption of future-oriented initiatives across client portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend impact assessment
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies with data-driven storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership experience in matrixed organizations
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
