Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive futures roadmap spanning 2026-2030
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and cultural shifts
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats through data modeling
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on long-term growth
- Present findings to executive leadership and investor communities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills for complex narrative building
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
