- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across global markets
- Create thought leadership content and industry trend reports
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future insights into tangible initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis and strategic storytelling abilities
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACIF) preferred
- Portfolio of published future-oriented analyses required
