- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience with Delphi method, SWOT analysis, and horizon scanning tools
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation patents
